Фондация ХАЛО кани учители и обучители да участват в безплатното международно онлайн обучение European Training of Trainers в рамките на проект Rural Voices 2030. То ще събере участници от Европа и Африка, а работният език ще бъде английски.
Програмата разглежда две основни теми – здравето на почвите и овластяването на жените в земеделието. Участниците ще обсъждат предизвикателства на национално и европейско равнище и ще разработват идеи за политики, обществени кампании и практически инициативи.
Отделен модул е посветен на изкуствения интелект като инструмент за анализ на проблеми и разработване на решения. Обучението включва и методи за активно участие и учене чрез практика, които могат да бъдат приложени в работата с различни групи.
Дати и формат
Обучението се провежда онлайн в две сесии. При регистрация участниците избират една от следните групи:
- Група 1: 14 и 21 октомври 2026 г., от 15:00 до 18:30 ч.
- Група 2: 15 и 22 октомври 2026 г., от 15:00 до 18:30 ч.
Изборът на група включва участие и на двете посочени дати.
Участието е безплатно. Работният език е английски.
Какво включва програмата?
- Здравето на почвите – от националните предизвикателства към обща европейска перспектива.
- Жените в земеделието – възможности за подкрепа, общи приоритети и идеи за обществени кампании.
- Изкуственият интелект като практичен инструмент за разработване на политики, кампании и инициативи.
- Подготовка за последващите национални обучения по проект Rural Voices 2030.
Чрез работа в национални екипи участниците ще разработят първоначален план за национални обучителни дейности, съобразен с местния контекст и целевите групи. Резултатите от европейското обучение ще послужат като обща основа за следващите обучения по проекта.

Format: Online in two separate online sessions.

Training Objectives
The training aims to:
- deepen participants’ understanding of two key 2030 themes – soil health and women’s empowerment in agriculture – from both national and European perspectives;
- identify common challenges and priorities and explore possible responses through policies, public campaigns and practical initiatives;
- explore the potential of Artificial Intelligence as a practical tool for analysing problems and developing responses;
- strengthen participants’ capacity to use participatory and practice-oriented training methods;
- prepare participants to design and implement the subsequent national trainings within the Rural Voices 2030 project.

Evaluation and Closing
Expected Outcomes
By the end of the training, participants will have:
- developed a shared understanding of major national and European challenges related to soil health and women’s empowerment in agriculture;
- identified common European priorities and possible responses;
- explored practical ways of using AI in developing policies, campaigns and initiatives;
- experienced and reflected on participatory training methods that can be transferred to national contexts;
- produced an initial design for their national training activities, adapted to their own context and target groups.
The results and ideas developed during the European training will provide a common foundation for the subsequent national trainings.
